Cool as, or outrageous and irreverent?

An adaptation of Somerset Region Writers and Reciters whacky radio serial ‘90 clicks from Brizzie’, is now available in a 2 CD set.

This is a unique opportunity to obtain an adaptation of the original serial that generated so much interest for Valley FM 95.9 listeners.

With generous slabs of clichés, Aussie slang and strine, the satire is set in the Wifenhoe Valley and surrounding towns of Ske, Slowood and Coobinya.

The cast of locals came from diverse backgrounds - Liz Ward, teacher and writer; Allan Pearce, Coordinator, Dept. Main Roads; Cheryl Quelhurst, Indigenous Liaison Officer; Kerry Corbett, Fine Arts graduate; Debbie Kundie, Radio Presenter; Hartly Johnston, acting background; Susan Cory marketing and advertising; Brendan Lunnon, unemployed youth and aspiring writer; Alexander Lunnon (Yr. 7 student) Coominya State School and Sarah Quelhurst (Yr.11 student) Lowood High.

On the technical side; Chris Mills, from the Valley FM with Steve Stephenson and Rick Kent - the Valley Studio in Wivenhoe Pocket.
